BSP
[edit]As of now there is no political position of Bahujan Samaj Party in Wikipedia. Can you please give any source of information regarding its political position as in List of political parties in India it is only national party having no written political position. XYZ 250706 (talk) 15:51, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
@XYZ 250706, I couldn't find any source about BSP's political position, but in Wikipedia Bahujan Samaj Party#Views there it is said that BSP believes in Social Transformation which is characteristics of Left Wing, So I should say that we should put it in Left Wing or Centre-Left position. Kindly share your views. Thank You! Chennai Super Kings Lover (talk)
@Chennai Super Kings Lover But BSP represents the Dalits. A party representing a specific caste of the society is element of right-wing politics. So can we add its political position as centre as it has both left-wing and right-wing features? XYZ 250706 (talk) 07:32, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
- @XYZ 250706 @Chennai Super Kings Lover Without refs from independent sources, neither should be added. It's better to leave it blank. I have restored BSP ideologies at Bahujan Samaj Party which was removed. Dhruv edits (talk) 11:08, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
To Add information about significant former parties that have dissolved or merged.
[edit]We should think about another section in list of political parties in India related to significant former parties , which can be helpful for additional knowledge. Maphumor (talk) 08:00, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]@Dhruv edits@456legend I can see massive disruption in state parties section. One or more editors have added state parties based on their presence in state assemblies. But ECI rules say different things. Please update it. XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:00, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
- @XYZ 250706 Sure but I only found: [1], ECI official notification dated 15 May 2023. If you have any latest notification please let me know here at the earliest. 456legendtalk 16:25, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
- @456legend That's the latest. XYZ 250706 (talk) 16:28, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
